The Field Marketing Representative, your role is pivotal in promoting our platform and empowering vendors and customers.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with sales to identify vendor leads, maintain a strong vendor pipeline, and ensure data accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams to align marketing strategies, sharing field insights for product and service improvement.
Merchandise and Display: Create promotional materials, maintain attractive displays, and manage marketing inventory.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute local events, ensuring smooth logistics and engaging potential vendors and customers.
Customer Engagement: Interact with potential clients, gather feedback, and represent the organization's values positively.
Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the organization's mission and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
Data Collection and Reporting: Gather demographic data, track marketing impact, and prepare regular reports.
Promotional Campaigns: Execute and monitor marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and attract vendors and customers.
Field Engagement: Directly engage target audiences in marketing efforts at specified locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
- Has previous experience in field marketing , sales or related roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools

Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month

- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
